Busker Small Batch Single Malt is a single malt whisky distilled three times in a pot still.
After being carefully aged in bourbon barrels, it is "double aged" by further aging in Oloroso sherry casks and then bottled in small batches.
It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46.3% alcohol by volume.The aroma is floral, with aromas of fruits such as apricot and apple, as well as nuances of honey, oak and tobacco.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a creamy and velvety texture, and the sweet flavors of vanilla, fudge, and comb honey from the bourbon barrels spread, gradually changing into a heavy flavor from the sherry casks, such as raisins and dried figs.
Nuts and spices are added towards the finish, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.This small-batch bottling is "double aged" in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, with the fascinating characters of each barrel adding complexity and depth to the flavor, making it a satisfying drink.
